I want a healthy fit body, you want it, everybody wants it!

Question is, how much do we want it?

Truth is, working out to achieve a perfect body is both hard and easy.

First, let me tell you why it’s hard…

Doing any kind of exercise can be exhausting, especially when you’re just a beginner and have no idea what you’re doing whatsoever.

It can be just as hard as any fitness professional doing a workout routine.

But of course, there are different levels of intensity in doing workout exercises.

No workout is easy when done right, even professional athletes find it difficult to work out harder, what makes it difficult for them is they do exercises much more intensely than they did before.

The difference between us and professional athletes is their mindset.

They strive and are passionate to want that perfect body. They want to excel and are dedicated to improving themselves in achieving a specific goal such as being the best in their sport.

Now, let me tell you why it’s easy…

Once you get the hang of working out and are consistent in doing it more often, it can be a lot easier because your body is used to it, and is getting more familiar with what you’re doing.

Another reason why is, your mindset, once you’re used to working out, your mindset changes, your body changes, your brain becomes healthy, so positivity comes your way.

This will make it easy for you to motivate yourself, having a positive mindset and it will be much easier the next time you schedule a workout.

You won’t even notice but later on, you will have your own workout routine and will be part of your lifestyle, exercising regularly.

Your mindset is what will make it easy.

Your goals might be to lose weight, plan a diet, be extra fit, weight lift in a gym, learn how to play a specific sport like rugby, track, and field, or simply just want to have a professional or a coach to guide you in reaching your goal.
Whatever it is, here’s a list of why you should get a personal trainer:

1. Consistency

exercising

Just a few minutes of exercise can make you feel drained and tired especially when you’re working out by yourself.

It is normal, however, if you desire to be the best version of yourself and reach your goals, you might forget the reason why,

Right when you’re worn off in the middle of doing your jumping jacks and this is why you might need someone who is determined as you to reach these goals

And to remind you so. Personal trainers have trained themselves to be consistent and they will teach you the same, be consistent.

And most importantly, they keep you focused.

2. Sport-Specific Training

Mastering any sport takes a lot of effort, so you take the time to do the best training you know.

Practicing alone can sometimes feel uninspiring especially when you’re alone every day working out in the gym.

A personal trainer can help you feel motivated and remind you what your goals are, and keep you competitive during practice. They will challenge you to practice harder and make sure no time is wasted in the time both of you have invested in.

Personal trainers are known as coaches, they help you set realistic goals and build your confidence that you will bring to your competition.

3. To Avoid Injury

While working out, there is a possibility of getting injured, this usually happens when an improper form of training is done.

Muscles need a minimum of 48 hours recovery after a straight intense workout, and increasing exercise’s intensity for a shorter period of time between exercises, increases the possible number of injuries, more so when your body is not used to

Having a professional trainer guiding you every set of workouts can help you prevent injuries. They help you pull off a perfect form for every exercise or practice.

A trainer will help you perform your best while preventing you from workout injuries.

Trainers guide people with medical conditions to their fitness goals.

4. Individual attention

coaching

A trainer is a coach, and coaches are focused on every team members’ skill improvement, they guide you in improving your skill and challenge you to be the best in your sport.

The difference is personal trainers are only focused on you, they help you attain a specific goal every step of the way while having their full attention.

They will provide the right nutritional advice to achieve your diet goals and assist you to form good habits.

They will personalize your training plan and mostly, they fit into your schedule

5. Educational

Having a personal trainer is educational, they evaluate your progress, when you lose track, help you stay motivated, and teach you proper skill, in how to lift weights properly,  and learn a new exercise routine.

You might think some workouts like cardio is easy, they’re not. Trainers will push you and teach you how to do exercises the right way.

There are different areas where personal trainers specialize in, some are gym instructors, boxing trainers, fitness instructors, and sport-specific trainers like basketball, boxing, and many others.

Not bad for having your own personal trainer. What do you think?
